Day 2 of my 3 day carb detox.
One of the many secrets Body Trim have is their 3 day carb detox at the start of commencing the diet. This consists of nothing but protein. Yep you read right, NOTHING BUT PROTEIN. This forces the body to start to breakdown your stored fat, thus starting the weight loss process.
The guarantee of losing 5 kilograms in the first week still seems a little out of reach for me as of yet. However i couldn't achieve another requirement of Body Trim. A minimum of 10,000 steps. I could only manage around 4500 steps. So I'm going to have to work on that today.
Body Trim only believes in walking as a form of exercise as its long term and more attractive than going all out on an exercise bike. Its also been scientifically proven that slow to moderate cardio burns fat faster than any other form of exercise.
Today, since yesterday i hadn't lost any weight (I kind of expected so) in fact i had gained 200 grams.
Inside Body Trim Day 2 is focused on, staying strong throughout the detox period.
It should be noted that i haven't planned for my free day and to be honest i don't think ill have one. My opinion is that you would feel ill after hardcore dieting then eating whatever you want, and how much you want.
I have also given up wheat, Ive been off wheat for about a fortnight now and I've lost 2 kg by just not eating wheat. hopefully with the combination of a Wheat free eating plan and Body Trim i can lose the kg.
